By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
General Rules:
👻 As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork.👻 I am allowed to post commissioned works on my social media and use commissioned work in promotional materials, unless asked not to.👻 I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.👻 Your commission is allowed to be used for personal use (with credit) automatically.👻 You are only allowed to use your commission for commercial purposes if you pay the extra fee of $10. You must still credit me for the work.👻 I will not tolerate any spam messaging asking about the commission.
I promise I will give you updates regularly.👻 Clients who pay for rush fees will have their commissions prioritized over those who do not.👻 Please tell me in advance if you have a deadline you need your commission by so that I can determine if that is possible for me to do.👻You understand that I have chronic pain problems and may not be able to work every single day due to fatigue, flare ups, and/or burn out, but I will be making progress as steadily as I can.👻 You must be able to provide visual references for your commission. I will NOT design a character for you. I may ask for additional messages regarding your ideas to clarify what you want.👻 Elements of your character may be simplified to better fit my art style.👻 DO NOT ask me to draw in a different style.
You are commissioning me because you like my style.👻 Finished commissions will be sent via email.👻 You are receiving a digital file, not a physical copy.👻 Please specify if you want the artwork for printing purposes immediately upon commissioning.
Pricing:
👻 My prices are based on how much effort and time go into each project, as well as what the competitive art market currently looks like.👻 Prices may be subject to change in the future depending on demand.👻 All prices listed are in USD.👻 Commercial use is an extra $10.👻 Asking to draw a highly detailed character is an extra $10-15.👻 Rush fees are an extra $25.👻 FULL Payment is due before I start the commission.👻 All payments will be made through PayPal.👻 Tipping is never necessary, but is always extremely appreciated. ♡
Ko-Fi Commission Process:
👻 You submit all the information needed to Ko-Fi when you buy a commission slot.👻 You pay for the commission using Ko-Fi.👻 Wait for the completed commission to be delivered to you.No revisions are allowed as these are all Skeb-Style.
Non-Ko-Fi Commission Process:
👻 We talk through your ideas through email/direct messages.
(Explain which listing you want and all the details.)👻 If I accept your commission, I will send you an invoice via PayPal, which you will then have to pay before I draw anything.👻 Wait for a sketch and make any necessary revisions.👻 A flat-colored version of the commission will be sent to you for approval. You may ask for up to 3 revisions for free at this point (not including color changes which are unlimited).
Any more changes after 3 at this point will result in an extra fee of $15 each.👻 Your commission will be rendered, completed, and delivered to you.
No revisions are allowed at this point.(Please note that Skeb-Style commissions will have no WIP's sent).
Refunds:
👻 If you decide to cancel your commission during the sketch stage, you will be refunded 75% of what you have paid.👻 If you decide to cancel your commission during the flat colors stage, you will be refunded 50% of what you have paid.👻 If you want to cancel the commission after flat colors, I will NOT refund you anything.👻 If I decide that I am unable to work with you on a project for any reason during the process, I have a right to cancel the commission and refund you according to the above statements.Skeb Style commissions will have no refunds unless I am unable to deliver the final art within the time frame given.
